1. Digital Recovery Plan purchases
Because a personalized Recovery Plan is generated for a specific case and may be available immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the paid plan has been generated or revealed to the customer, except where required by law or where SellerRestore failed to provide the purchased product due to a verified technical error.
2. Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you are charged more than once for the same product and case, or if a payment is processed in error, contact SellerRestore promptly so we can investigate and correct the charge.
3. Human Review and Hands-On Recovery
For services that involve human work, a refund may be available before substantive work begins. Once material review, drafting, analysis, or case work has started, any refund will depend on the amount of work completed and applicable law.
4. Formal Dispute & Arbitration Prep
This service involves customized case chronology, evidence organization, dispute-preparation materials, and potentially arbitration-demand preparation. Because the work is case-specific, refunds are generally not available after substantive preparation work has begun, except where required by law or if SellerRestore cannot deliver the purchased service.
5. No refund based solely on eBay outcome
SellerRestore cannot guarantee that eBay will reinstate an account, release funds, accept documents, reverse a policy action, or resolve a dispute in the customer’s favor. A negative eBay outcome by itself does not make the purchased SellerRestore service refundable.
6. Requesting a refund
Refund requests should include the account email, case name or case ID, product purchased, purchase date, and reason for the request. Requests can be submitted through the SellerRestore contact page until a dedicated billing-support email is published.
7. Payment processor timing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment processor and financial institution.
8. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
