1. Eligibility and account use
You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
2. Your case information
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of notices, questionnaire answers, documents, screenshots, and other information you submit. Do not upload falsified records, altered evidence intended to mislead, material you do not have the right to provide, or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
3. What SellerRestore provides
SellerRestore may provide notice analysis, adaptive questionnaires, evidence organization, automated document analysis, personalized recovery plans, draft communications, escalation guidance, secure case workspaces, and optional paid human or formal-dispute preparation services as described at the time of purchase.
4. No guarantee of results
eBay independently controls restrictions, suspensions, verification, payouts, policy enforcement, appeals, and dispute outcomes. SellerRestore cannot compel eBay to take any action and makes no promise that a recommendation, document package, appeal, dispute notice, or arbitration-preparation service will succeed.
5. Not legal representation
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, SellerRestore is not a law firm and does not provide attorney representation. Formal Dispute & Arbitration Prep is document and process preparation based on the information you provide and publicly available rules. You are responsible for deciding whether to obtain advice from a licensed attorney.
6. Automated and AI-assisted features
Some analyses may be generated or assisted by automated systems. These outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review all facts, drafts, deadlines, policy references, and evidence before sending anything to eBay or another party.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use SellerRestore to evade an eBay restriction, create or operate prohibited replacement accounts, fabricate evidence, impersonate another person, harass third parties, violate intellectual-property rights, or engage in unlawful activity.
8. Paid products
Paid access is tied to the product and case identified at purchase unless the offer expressly says otherwise. A Recovery Plan purchase does not automatically unlock every current or future case. Separate products such as Human Review, Hands-On Recovery, or Formal Dispute & Arbitration Prep may require separate purchase.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy published on SellerRestore at the time of purchase.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or service components. We may also update these terms. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
11. Intellectual property
SellerRestore’s software, branding, original content, workflows, and generated service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use purchased case materials for your own case, but may not resell, scrape, clone, or commercially redistribute SellerRestore’s service or proprietary workflows.
12. Third-party services
SellerRestore may integrate with hosting, authentication, storage, payment, analytics, and AI service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.
13. Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SellerRestore disclaims warranties that cannot reasonably be made for a third-party marketplace recovery service. To the extent permitted by law, SellerRestore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or decisions made by eBay or other third parties.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the SellerRestore contact page. A dedicated support email will be published before paid checkout is enabled.
